The Delta Hawk Foundation is dedicated to serving veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, seniors, and families in need by providing compassionate support, essential resources, and pathways to long-term stability. Through community partnerships and direct assistance, we work to improve lives by addressing critical needs including housing, non-emergency medical transportation, access to healthcare, employment support, food assistance, and family services.
